Shucks Oyster Company strictly follow the CDC guidelines. We have all safety measures in place when packing, opening, and delivering the oysters including face masks, gloves, and sanitized workstations and tools.

Our oysters selection varies per week, they can range from Washington State and British Columbia (West Coast) with a more sweet flavors, to Massachusetts and Prince Edward Island (East Coast) with more Salty,briny Flavor.Let us know if you have a favorite and will find it for you.

Size will be small to medium, between 2-3 inch.

we serve the oysters with Cocktail sauce, horseradish, lemon and cucumber mignonette.

Minimum order amount is 2 dozen (24 oysters) starting at $ 90.

Please place order 2 days in advance.but will do our best to process last minute orders as well.
